从詹妮弗•佛朗哥教授对国际土地攫取的宏大叙事的拷问，到秦晖教授有关中国革命中的土地改革问题的分析，“农政与发展”讲座试图从不同角度解析国际与国内的土地问题以及土地政治。2012年11月15日下午，来自荷兰鹿特丹大学国际社会研究院（ISS，The Hague）的萨图尼诺·博拉斯（Saturnino (‘Jun’) M.
