“农政与发展”系列讲座第47讲：对非洲战争进行司法审判是否改观之举？2014年5月22日下午，“农政与发展”讲座系列迎来英国伦敦政治经济学院发展人类学教授蒂姆•艾伦（Tim Allen），他带来的是听众感觉相对陌生的一个主题，有关对非洲战争进行司法审判的问题。了解到现场大多数听众对“非洲战争”和“司法审判”并不熟悉，艾伦教授首先展示了两张照片，让观众对讲座主题有直观的认识。第一张是乌干达北部战争区，政府军和圣主抵抗军对峙，儿童在夜间危险前行，露宿街头。第二张是莫雷诺•奥坎波（Moreno Ocampo）的照片，他是国际刑事法院的第一位检察官，也因授权逮捕苏丹总统奥马尔·巴希尔（Omar al-Bashir）...more
