2014年11月7日上午，英国伦敦大学亚非学院发展研究系教授卡洛斯•奥亚（Carlos Oya）带来了“农政与发展”系列讲座第53讲，围绕农村与农业雇佣劳动以及农村劳动力市场等方面探讨农业资本主义的发展及其劳动条件。　　作为一名马克思主义者，奥亚教授认为农村劳动力市场的形成与农村雇佣劳动的增长，属于资本主义发展的内在特征，尽管这一论断在观察和分析的具体实践层面并不明晰，因而考察在某个经济社会的资本主义发展过程中农村雇佣劳动的作用殊为不易。而且，研究农村雇佣劳动会不断碰到实地与统计上的障碍，因为农村与城市之间存在紧密的联系，城里挣得的收入可能对农村的生计产生影响，反之亦然。因此，在理解农村的劳动关系时，农村的界定标准就成为一个关键问题。另一个方法论上的...more
