竹内和夫作为日本国际协力机构(JICA)中国事务所的所长,在中国、泰国、越南等国家积累了各种现场工作经验。竹内先生于2001年加入日本国际协力银行(JBIC,2008年并入JICA),在日本工作期间曾在东中亚部、民间合作事业部以及东南亚大洋洲部等部门担任多个职务,并于2006-2009年、2019-2022年分别派驻中国和泰国。竹内先生拥有早稻田大学政治学文学学士学位,还曾于2003年就读于北京语言大学。

日本国际协力机构(JICA)是日本政府开展国际开发援助的实施机构。作为日本国际协力机构中国事务所的所长,竹内先生此讲旨在与中国农业大学的师生们分享日本开展国际合作的经验与做法、回顾中日两国45年来的合作成果,同时与大家一起讨论今后两国推进国际发展合作的具体领域和方式。

Introduction to the Speaker:
Mr. Takeuchi Kazuo, Chief Representative of Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) China Office, has accumulated various field work experience in China, Thailand, Vietnam and other countries of international development assistance.Mr. Takeuchi joined Japan Bank for International Cooperation (JBIC, merged to JICA in 2008) in 2001 and has served at various positions in Japan, including East and Central Asia Department, Private Sector Partnership and Finance Department, and Southeast Asia and Pacific Department. In addition, he was stationed in China (2006-2009) and Thailand (2019-2022).He holds a bachelor’s degree in Arts in Political Science from Waseda University. He also studied at Beijing Language and Culture University in 2003.
Overview:
The Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) is the executing agency of Japan's Bilateral Official Development Assistance (ODA). As the Chief Representative of the JICA China Office, Mr. Takeuchi is committed to sharing Japan's insights and practices in international cooperation with the faculty and students of China Agricultural University. He will also review the achievements of China-Japan cooperation over the past 45 years and discuss specific areas and ways of promoting international development cooperation between the two countries in the future.
