主讲人简介：莫西教授现任达累斯萨拉姆大学经济学院经济学教授、中国研究中心创始主任。他曾在国际货币基金组织、德国曼海姆大学和华南理工大学担任访问学者。莫西教授的研究领域涉及公共经济学、宏观经济学、金融企业治理、私营部门发展、中非社会经济关系以及政策制定与分析。他曾担任国际货币基金组织（IMF）研究员（1997 年，华盛顿特区），坦桑尼亚联合共和国财政部长经济顾问（1998-2000 年）。 2002-2004年期间，他担任桑给巴尔总统经济政策咨询小组（PEPAU）主任和桑给巴尔总统首席经济顾问。

Introduction to the Speaker: Prof. Moshi is currently a Rtd. Professor of Economics at the School of Economics at the University of Dar es Salaam, and Founding Director for Centre for Chinese Studies. He has served as a visiting scholar at the International Monetary Fund, and at the University of Mannheim, Federal Republic of Germany, and at the South China University of Technology (SCUT). Prof. Moshi’s research interests span public economics, macroeconomics, financial corporate governance, private sector development, China-Africa socio economic relations, and policy formulation and analysis. He served as a Research Fellow at the International Monetary Fund (IMF), 1997 Washington D.C. He was an economic advisor to the Minister for Finance, United Republic of Tanzania (1998 – 2000).  During 2002 – 2004 he was the Director of President’s Economic Policy Advisory Unit (PEPAU) and the Chief Economic Advisor to the President of Zanzibar.
