“发展的优先序”问题一直是以“发展中国家发展模式和路径”为研究对象的发展经济学研究和关注的核心命题，无论是以“起飞”理论、“大推进”模型、“二元经济结构”模型、“双缺口”模型为代表的结构主义发展经济学，还是关注人力资本、制度、寻租以及关税等问题的新古典主义发展经济学，都在努力诊断发展中国家不能发展的根源，并且试图给出促进发展的路径选择。荷兰鹿特丹大学社会科学研究院的发展研究与农村发展领域的克里斯托瓦尔·凯（Cristobal Kay）教授应邀来到中国农业大学人文与发展学院的“农政与发展”讲座的报告厅，用其扎实的发展经济学理论积淀和长期研究拉丁美洲发展战略和路径的实证经验解答了这一问题：发展战略的选择：农业优先？还是工业优先抑或协同发...more
