主讲人简介：
汤姆•克里斯滕森：挪威奥斯陆大学政治学系的终身教授、中国人民大学公共管理学院特聘教授、清华大学公共管理学院特聘访问教授、以及挪威国家科学院院士。他拥有45年左右的教学经验，是国际公共管理领域最富有成果的研究人员之一,获得过多项国内外荣誉和奖项，包括有国际行政学界的“诺贝尔奖”之称的国际行政院校联合会皮埃尔·德·塞勒斯奖（Pierre de Celle Award）最佳论文奖，以及挪威国家机构研究者协会（NEON）长期学术成就奖。研究领域涉及公共政策学习与公共部门改革、全球化、移民、大学治理、安全管理等。他同时担任过多个国际组织的改革顾问，并与国内多所高校建立联系，他还积极通过组织青年学者国际论文发表工作坊等平台，培养和推动中国公共管理学者“走出去”。
Brief introduction to the speaker:
Tom Christensen was full professor from 1993 until he retired in 2019 and became professor emeritus. He was adjunct professor at the Rokkan Center at University of Bergen for ten years endring in 2017. He is currently Visiting Professor at the School of Public Administration and Policy, Renmin University and Distinguished Visiting Professor at the School of Public Policy and Management, Tsinghua University. Christensen has the last 30 years spent 7-8 years at Scancor (Scandinavian Consortium of Organizational Research), Stanford University. Christensen is a member of the Norwegian Academy of Science and Letters.
讲座内容简介：
政策学习在政策传播和转移中发挥着关键作用，是政策扩散的主要机制之一，而跨国政策学习使各国政府得以借鉴同行过去的经验和做法，理性地选择适当的政策解决方案来解决政策问题。在世界一体化高度发展、社会流动性不断加强的今天，认识全球知识产品共享与公共政策跨国学习的过程和机制有利于公共政策改善与全球治理机制的完善。主讲人汤姆•克里斯滕森（Tom Christensen）教授将围绕知识分享为我们带来他关于全球知识共享的观点、关于公共组织和政策改革的知识共享经验，以及对学术合作与发展知识共享方面的思考。
Contents:
The lecture will contain four parts. First, perspectives on global knowledge sharing. Second, knowledge sharing experiences regarding reforms of public organizations and policy. Third, knowledge sharing regarding academic collaboration and development. Q&A are welcomed after the three parts.
