主讲人简介：伊曼纽尔·恩蔻是一位在国家和国际发展组织工作了19年的资深专家。2017年，他作为项目协调员开始在联合国开发计划署（UNDP）工作，从事政策制定和方案设计，专门从事创新创业、数字化、发展融资、私企发展、中小企业投资与贸易促进、青年参与及替代生计转型方面的项目管理。在加入UNDP之前，他在私企担任高管职务，并曾在印度对外贸易学院（IIFT）达累斯萨拉姆校区任教。

Introduction to the Speaker:With an impressive 19-year track record of working with both national and international development organizations, Emmanuel began his journey with UNDP in 2017 as a Project Coordinator. Specialized in policy and programming responses, his areas of expertise include livelihoods, innovation, digitization, development financing, private sector development, entrepreneurship, SME trade promotion, youth engagement, investments, and alternative and innovative financing, as well as transformation and digitization. Before joining UNDP, Emmanuel held senior managerial roles in the private sector and served as a visiting lecturer at the IIFT Dar es Salaam campus.
