12月15日下午，CIAD报告厅迎来了“农政与发展”讲座系列的第六场学术盛宴，来自荷兰瓦赫宁根大学的吉多•雷文卡普教授（Prof. Guido Ruivenkamp），与来自校内外不同专业领域的师生们一起探讨生物技术刺激发展的巨大潜能到底是“欠发达”（underdevelopment）问题的一种解决途径，还是构成这一问题的一部分。雷文卡普教授从事有关生物技术的研究已有三十年，他从全球粮食链条以及农业产业链条中的生物技术谈起，认为生物技术和粮食生产的全球社会组织交织在一起，而不是简单的侵入或者外在于这一组织，全球粮食生产以及其中的各种社会关系、权力关系已经整合进了生物技术的发展过程中，创造了另一种粮食生产组织方式——新的生物权力系统（system of bio-power）。随之而来的是各种农业活动的外部化，如原...more
