2012年5月17日下午，伦敦政治经济学院危情国家研究中心詹姆斯·普策尔（James Putzel）教授主讲了“农政与发展”系列讲座第11讲，与来自校内外不同专业领域的师生们一起探讨了中国的发展经历对后发国家带来的经验和意义。詹姆斯·普策尔教授有着丰富的人生经历，并且一直从事对发展中国家的研究。普策尔教授获牛津大学政治学博士学位，20世纪80年代曾经任职于菲律宾大学经济学院，有着为政府部门、非政府组织和多边机构提供发展咨询的丰富经历，同时也担任国际学术期刊《发展研究》的编委，近年来在国际援助研究领域产生了深远影响。与往期讲座的领域不同，普策尔教授着力从发展经济学的角度回顾中国的发展经历，他的演讲既体现了讲座系列多...more
