- 讲座观点：2015年5月7日，“农政与发展”系列讲座迎来了来自美国密苏里大学哥伦比亚分校农业、食品与自然资源学院农业与应用经济学教授约翰·E.艾克（John E. Ikerd）。艾克教授以“多功能性与可持续性——小规模农场的未来”为主题，与听众一道分享了他对于工业化农业的深刻反思和对农业多功能性与可持续性的探索。 作为一名农业经济学家，艾克教授的生活和学术经历都与农业有着不解之缘。他成长于美国密苏里州的一个小农农场，从小就参与农场的生产活动，也目睹了农民对提高生产、改善生活的不懈追求。在他三十年学术生涯的前半段，他致力于推广工业化农业和大规模农场，希望以此能让人们获得充足、实惠又安全的食物。但是实践和工作的经历却让他不得不面对一个问题，那就是：大规模的工业化农业是无法持续的，它无法满足今天大多数人...
